These terms cover your use of calgarveywindows.com, run by California Garvey Windows & Doors ("we" or "us"), 7752 Garvey Ave, Rosemead, CA 91770. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we do

We are an authorized Milgard dealer in Rosemead. We supply Milgard windows and patio doors to builders, contractors, developers and homeowners in Southern California, and we measure and install glass shower doors and enclosures.

Information on this site

Product descriptions, photos and prices on this site are general information. Colors in photos can look different on your screen. Products, specs and manufacturer pricing change, so nothing on the site is an offer to sell at a set price.

Quotes and orders

• Sending the quote form does not create an order or a contract. A price is only firm once we give you a written quote.
• Quotes are good for the time written on the quote. Final pricing depends on the products you pick, measurements and current Milgard pricing.
• An order is placed when you accept our written quote and we confirm it. Payment, deposit, delivery and pickup terms are on your quote or invoice.
• Windows and doors made to your sizes are custom orders and usually cannot be canceled or returned once Milgard starts making them.
• Measurements you give us are your responsibility unless we measure the job ourselves.

Warranty

Milgard products come with Milgard's own warranty, including the Milgard Full Lifetime Warranty where it applies. Milgard sets and honors those terms. We will help you file a warranty claim. Any warranty on our shower door installation work is spelled out on your quote or invoice.

Using the site

Please do not use the site for anything illegal, send spam through the quote form, try to break into the site, or upload files that are not yours to share. If we give you a private link to upload project photos, only send photos you took or have the right to share, and you allow us to use them on our website and in our marketing.

Our content

The text, photos and logo on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Milgard names and logos belong to Milgard Manufacturing. Please do not copy them without permission.

Links to other sites, such as Milgard, are there for your convenience. We are not responsible for what is on those sites.

Limits on our liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the site, or for the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits any warranty or consumer right you have under California law.

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state courts of Los Angeles County, California.
